Preface: Realizing the rapid pace of the development & growth with the unprecedented expansion of the Sultanate of Oman’s vast network and from the new plans announced by the government, Ibn Issa Trading & Contracting LLC which was established in 1992 and is constantly contributing in the Infrastructure development of the Country in the Private sector under the leadership of its Managing Director Mr. Saleh Issa Mohd Al Riyami and has specialized itself in Turnkey jobs especially construction of Multistoried­ - Residential/Commercial Buildings, Villas with internal decoration and with specialized wooden works from its own Carpentry Workshop, decided to contribute more widely and extensively to the development of the Sultanate of Oman by Registering another Company with the new name of Al Dunya Construction & Engineering LLC and with the new partnership of Engineer Syed Zilley Hasan Kazmi who is in this Construction business in the Gulf Cooperative Council (GCC) for the last 39 years and has vast experience/exposure to Management, Supervision and Execution of Highway construction (that includes construction of all sorts of Roads from National to Arterial and Secondary to Distributary Roads and large viaducts, bridges, flyovers to interchanges), Multistoried Buildings, Hotels, Hospitals and Commercial Buildings over the span of this period (1year in UAE, 25 years in Saudi Arabia and 14 years in Oman)
